RAYN Advisory

Know exactly where AI makes you money — and where it wastes it.

The AI Readiness Audit is a fixed-fee, vendor-independent assessment for hospitality operators and groups. In two to four weeks you get a written report, a prioritised roadmap, and a clear sequence: what to do first, what to wait on, and what to stop paying for.

Why now

Every operator is being sold AI. Almost none have a plan.

Every week another vendor promises AI will transform your venue — chatbots, dynamic pricing, forecasting, marketing automation. Most of it is bought reactively, sits unused, or duplicates something already paid for. Meanwhile the changes that actually matter — how guests discover and book, how your data compounds, how your team works — go unexamined.

The audit exists to replace vendor pressure with an operator’s answer: what is genuinely worth doing in your business, in what order, and what it should cost.

What’s covered

Seven areas. One honest picture.

  1. 01Data foundationwhat you capture, what you lose, and whether your guest and revenue data can support anything intelligent.
  2. 02Technology stackwhat you’re paying for, what overlaps, what’s holding you back.
  3. 03AI visibility & discoverywhether AI assistants and agents can find, read and recommend your venue when guests ask.
  4. 04Operations & use caseswhere AI genuinely removes work or drives revenue in your day-to-day, tested with the people who run the floor.
  5. 05Commercial & pricingwhere intelligence changes yield: spaces, packages, time bands, deposits.
  6. 06People & skillswhat your team can adopt now versus what will die in a drawer.
  7. 07Security & governanceguest data, PDPL/GDPR exposure, and what to lock down before scaling anything.

We read your public surface — your site, your robots.txt and your Google listing — and score the four areas that leave a public trace. No access to your systems, no obligation.

  • Whether AI assistants are allowed to read your site at all
  • What booking and analytics software is live on it
  • What a guest — or an agent — can actually book from
  • Your published privacy and consent position

Data foundation, operations and people are not in the free read. They cannot be seen from outside the business, which is exactly why the full audit needs access and time with your team.

A point-in-time read of public signals. No system access required.

Free read vs full audit

What the £250 gives you that the free read cannot.

The free read is an automated scan of your public surface — the four areas a machine can see from outside, in about a minute. The audit is people inside the business, telling you what to do and in what order. The three areas that decide most of the answer — your data, your operations and your team — are the ones the free read structurally cannot reach.

The process

Built around your operation, not a template.

  1. 01Discovery callwe agree scope and a fixed fee, sized by your estate, before anything starts.
  2. 02Structured reviewsystems, data, journeys and commercials, with input from the people who actually run service.
  3. 03Leadership working sessionfindings presented live, argued through, and turned into a sequenced roadmap.

Deliverables: a written report, a prioritised roadmap, and a do-first / wait / stop-paying-for sequence. What to do next — not what to buy next.

Straight answer

Yes, we build RAYN. No, this isn’t a sales pitch.

The audit is deliberately vendor-independent. Recommendations are about what’s right for your operation — including keeping what you have, buying from someone else, or building nothing at all. If RAYN is the right answer for part of your stack, the report will say so and say why. If it isn’t, it will say that too. That’s the point of paying for an audit instead of taking free advice from people selling you something.

Who it’s for

Built for operators with real estates and real decisions.

  • Independent restaurants & groupsdeciding what to adopt first without an IT department.
  • Hotel F&B teamsunder board pressure to “do something with AI” and needing a defensible plan.
  • Beach clubs & premium venueswhere space, packages and deposits make intelligence directly commercial.
  • Hospitality tech & service businesseswanting an operator’s-eye view of their own AI readiness.

Operator FAQ

Questions operators ask before the discovery call.

How much does it cost?

From £250. The exact fee is fixed at the discovery call and sized by the estate — a single venue is priced very differently from a 14-outlet group. No day rates, no scope creep.

How long does it take?

Two to four weeks depending on estate size, including the leadership working session.

Do you audit venues that will never buy RAYN?

Yes. The audit stands on its own. Many recommendations have nothing to do with booking platforms at all.

What do we need to prepare?

Very little. Access to the systems you use, a data export or two, and time with the people who run service. We do the work.

One discovery call. A fixed fee. A plan your team will actually use.
