8-week Proof of Value at AED 15,000 for 1–2 outlets and an agreed scope. Credited against Year 1 if the annual agreement is signed within 30 days.
Venue capture
The scan supports the product. It is not the product.
If you already have a suitable Matterport model, RAYN can configure from it. For eligible Founding 100 venues where RAYN capture is available, a standard initial venue scan is included. Complex capture, material travel and later rescans are agreed before work begins.

Can we really start for free?
Yes. RAYN Integrated has no monthly platform fee. You keep the reservation system you already use and pay RAYN only when a guest confirms a specific Pick Your Spot reservation.
What counts as a billable Pick Your Spot reservation?
One confirmed reservation created after a guest selects a specific RAYN spot or table. Best Available, views, clicks and abandoned journeys are not billable Pick Your Spot reservations. If the reservation is cancelled before service, the Pick Your Spot fee is credited.
Do we need to leave SevenRooms, Eat App or serVme?
No. Integrated is designed as the lower-friction adoption path. Keep your current reservation system and let RAYN run the guest discovery, Pick Your Spot journey and intelligence layer in front of it.
Is there a free Full RAYN trial?
No. Full RAYN involves real operating configuration, Host Station and reservation workflows. Venues can start on the monthly plan, then move to annual billing for the lower rate.
What is the Founding 100?
The first 100 activated venues receive Founding pricing for 12 months from activation. Founding and group discounts do not stack, and a group can use Founding Full pricing on a maximum of its first three activated venues.
Is the initial scan included?
For eligible Founding 100 venues where RAYN capture is available, a standard initial venue scan is included. Complex capture, material travel and later rescans can be quoted separately before work begins.
How do groups and hotels work?
Ordinary multi-venue restaurant groups use Full RAYN group pricing. Enterprise is for operational complexity such as PMS / OPERA, central identity, SSO, APIs, advanced integrations and group-level service requirements.
