Is the walkthrough mandatory?
No. Lite can start with self-uploaded media. Core can add a scan. Verified walkthroughs power the premium visual booking experience and can be included or waived in Top 50 Pilot, Premium annual and Group deals.
What happens when the WhatsApp Lite allowance is reached?
RAYN logs attempted usage, shows the venue a clear admin warning and offers a usage pack or upgrade path. Booking flows never silently break.
What happens after the Top 50 Pilot?
The six-month pilot converts to Core or Premium / Smart depending on venue scope. The pilot is for charter venues that agree to case-study and data reporting terms.
