No. RAYN is the guest-facing visual and concierge layer that sits in front of systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, serVme, Eat App or an internal booking process.
Is there really no commission or per-cover fee?
None. The monthly price is the whole cost — RAYN never takes a cut of a booking or charges per cover. Multi-venue groups and large events are quoted to scope.
Is the walkthrough mandatory?
No. Start with self-uploaded media or add a venue scan. A verified walkthrough powers the premium visual booking experience and can be included or waived for founding-venue and group deals.
What is the founding-venue offer?
Founding venues get the first six months at half price in exchange for case-study and data-reporting terms, then continue at the standard flat price.
