Can guests choose an exact table, or just a zone?
Both. The venue decides per space whether a guest selects an exact table, chooses a zone (indoor, terrace, poolside, VIP) or simply submits a preference.
Does it work for beach clubs and nightlife, not just restaurants?
Yes. Pick Your Spot handles cabanas, sunbeds and pool zones for beach clubs, and VIP tables with minimum spend and bottle packages for nightlife — the same spatial model across every format.
How does it prevent two guests booking the same table?
RAYN places a temporary hold on the selected inventory while the guest completes booking or payment, releasing it automatically if they do not proceed.
Can we control which tables are available and when?
Operators can open or close individual tables and whole zones, restrict spaces by party size, reserve areas for events, and change availability by session or day.
Do we need a full 3D scan to use it?
No. Pick Your Spot works with a floorplan and imagery; immersive 3D and Matterport walkthroughs are an enhancement, not a requirement.
