Do guests need an app?
No. Pick Your Spot runs in the browser, from a link — sent over WhatsApp, placed on Instagram, or embedded on your own site. Nothing to download.
Does RAYN replace our reservation system?
It can run as the booking layer itself, or sit in front of an existing book — the guest still picks their table in RAYN’s 3D view, and the reservation hands off to SevenRooms, OpenTable or ServeMe, the system your floor already trusts.
How is Pick Your Spot priced?
Pick Your Spot is part of the RAYN platform commercial package. The current founder rate is shown on the pricing page; venue capture or bespoke rollout can be scoped separately.
How does the 3D room get built?
Your venue is scanned in 3D and every table mapped onto it during onboarding, then configured with your own zones, tables, policies and any deposit or premium rules. The walkthrough covers your specific room and timeline.
