A tip pool you can prove, to the fils.
Tips captured at settlement gather into a pool, and a deterministic tronc engine splits them the way your house runs — by hours, by points, equally, or direct. Every share is computed to the fils, posted to an auditable staff ledger, and — with staff identity verification and payout destinations built in — ready to pay each verified team member through a licensed payout rail. The UK Tipping Act’s full pass-through is enforced in the engine, not the small print.
