Waitlist that works
When a night sells out, guests join a waitlist. A cancellation offers the next guest their table automatically, with a window to claim it.
Events & Experiences
RAYN runs your events end to end — recurring nights auto-scheduled, tickets and packages sold with deposits, real wallet passes scanned at the door, waitlists that fill themselves and private hire from enquiry to a signed night. All on the one book your floor runs.
Design my night
Every step is something your venue really sells — the occasion, the exact table, a per-guest package, the extras that make it theirs, a deposit to hold and a pass for the door. Try it:
The problem
Events are where a venue makes its margin — and where the booking, the money and the guest list scatter across a spreadsheet, a broadcast and someone’s phone.
The night lives in a shared sheet, a WhatsApp broadcast and a guest list on someone’s phone — three places, none of them the book.
Tables and tickets are negotiated in DMs; no live capacity, no deposit, and no record once the promoter moves on.
Without live capacity the same table gets promised twice, or the night runs soft because no one could see what was left.
Once it is over there is no line on covers, sell-through or which package paid — so next month is another guess.
How it works
Set the event, its nights, capacity, tables, packages and price — recurring or one-off. RAYN schedules every future date for you.
The same night is bookable on your site, in the concierge and by link — tiers, packages and deposits taken, capacity enforced by the book.
A sold-out night opens a waitlist that offers the next table automatically; guest lists and promoters carry their own links and attribution.
Guests arrive with a QR pass in their wallet and your team scans them in — pre-orders and covers already on the kitchen’s sheet.
The commerce
Per-person tiers and add-on packages — priced per guest, per order or per table, with sell-out and sales windows enforced.
A deposit to hold and the pre-ordered menu on one bill — the money adds up correctly, and the kitchen sees the order before the night.
A Saturday headliner is not priced like a Tuesday. Event-identity pricing lifts the tier for the night that earns it.
Capacity is enforced in the database, not the interface — event total, seated covers, tables and per-tier inventory, each a hard ceiling.
The ticket is real
Every booking issues a real ticket — a QR the guest keeps in Apple or Google Wallet. At the door your team scans it in from a phone, or checks the name by hand. One tap, redeemed once, and it never touches the booking itself.
Chef’s Tasting
Fill every seat
When a night sells out, guests join a waitlist. A cancellation offers the next guest their table automatically, with a window to claim it.
When you choose to offer it, a guest can pay to hold priority on the waitlist — offered their table first when one frees, over the concierge, and refunded in full if the night passes without one.
Send a join link and guests add themselves — no DMs, no spreadsheet, and every name tied to the booking when they arrive.
Named promoters carry their own coded links, so the covers and the commission are counted to the person who brought them.

The whole room
A buyout starts as an enquiry — the space, the date, the spend. Your team turns it into a quote the guest accepts online, deposit and all. No email chains and no lost thread: the enquiry becomes a confirmed night in one place.
Know the night
Live capacity utilisation per night, so you can see the soft evening early and still act on it.
Attach rate and package revenue — which tier paid, and which add-on the room actually wanted.
A competitor price-gap on the night, so a headliner is not left underpriced on the table.
Revenue at risk from cancellations, and a short list of recommended actions for the next date.
One system underneath
An event booked on your site, in a DM or by a promoter’s link is the same record on the same book as every walk-in — one capacity, one guest history.
Every ticket, deposit and change runs the same booking engine as your floor, so the night can never contradict the book.
Roll one night across venues, or read the whole estate’s events in one place — the model is the same at one site or twenty.
Questions
Recurring nights (ladies’ night, brunch, live music), one-off and seasonal events, chef’s tables and tasting menus, and full private hire. You build it once and RAYN schedules every future date.
Yes — per-person tiers and add-on packages, with a deposit to hold and the pre-ordered menu on one bill. Capacity and sell-out are enforced by the book, not the screen.
Yes — a QR pass they keep in Apple or Google Wallet, scanned at the door from a phone. It is redeemed once and never alters the booking itself.
A waitlist opens. A cancellation offers the next guest their table automatically, with a window to claim it — so the room fills itself.
Yes. An enquiry becomes a quote the guest accepts online, deposit included — the whole thing lives in one place, not an email chain.
