Where your guests already are — answered, and booked.
RAYN answers every WhatsApp message in your venue’s voice — takes the enquiry to a confirmed table, in any language, around the clock. Live availability, the exact seat and a deposit, all from inside the thread.
Welcome back, Amira — the Garden terrace again on Friday?
Yes please, four of us at 8.

Book · change · ask · deposit
The whole booking — in the thread, in their language.
Not a menu of buttons. A real WhatsApp exchange: it takes the booking, changes one that exists, answers the question, or takes the deposit — in whatever language the guest writes. Choose an action, then read it in English, Arabic or Hindi.

It takes the enquiry to a table — live availability, then Pick-Your-Spot to choose the exact seat.
The concierge replies in whatever language the guest writes — English, Arabic, Hindi and beyond, switching mid-thread if they do. Every booking lands on the one book your floor runs.
The problem
The most valuable enquiry of the night arrives as a message no one answers.
WhatsApp is where guests in this market actually write — and it is the channel a busy venue is worst at answering in time. Every read-and-not-replied is a booking that went to whoever picked up first.
The message read at eight
The highest-intent enquiries land mid-service, when no host is free — so the booking goes to whoever replies first, usually somewhere else.
DMs on one handset
Table requests live in a thread on one person’s phone. When they are off, the enquiry waits — and a waiting guest books elsewhere.
Answered, not booked
A reply is not a reservation. Without live availability in the thread, “let me check and come back” is where bookings quietly die.
The language left unanswered
A guest writes in Arabic or Hindi; the reply comes back in English, or late, or not at all.
How it works
From a message to a table on the book.
Four steps in one thread — answered, understood, given the exact table or confirmed, and landed on the same book your floor runs.
01
Answered in the thread
On WhatsApp, instantly, in your venue’s voice — and in whatever language the guest wrote.
02
Understood as a booking
Date, party, occasion and the area they want — read as structured intent, checked against the same live availability your floor runs on.
03
The exact table, or confirmed
The guest is handed into Pick-Your-Spot to choose their seat, or the table is confirmed in the thread — never a promise the room cannot keep.
04
On the one book
A deposit taken by secure link if you require one, and the booking lands on the same ledger as voice, web and the floor — never a message to re-key.
The magic link
The exact table — chosen from the thread.
When the seat matters, the concierge sends a link. It opens Pick-Your-Spot — your live floor plan — where the guest chooses their exact table and returns to the chat with it booked. No app, no call, and the table is assigned on the same book your floor runs. Try it:

In the thread
Everything the booking needs, without leaving the chat.
Pick Your Spot, from a link
When the exact seat matters, the concierge sends a deep-link into the live floor plan — the guest chooses their table in 3D and returns to the thread, the booking made on the same layer.
A secure deposit, in-chat
If you hold tables with a deposit, the payment link is delivered in the thread and the table is held the moment it settles. On Instagram, the guest is passed to WhatsApp to pay.
The real questions, answered
Parking, corkage, the dress code, the set menu — answered from the venue’s own documents and knowledge base, grounded in what you have written, never guessed.
Waitlist and requests, captured
A fully-booked night becomes a real waitlist place; a note for the team — a cake, a dietary need — lands in the operator queue rather than lost in the thread.
Any language
It replies in their language — whichever they choose.
The concierge answers in whatever language the guest writes, unconditionally: Arabic in a warm Gulf register and Arabic script — never a switch back to English, never a refusal. It follows the guest if they change language mid-thread. On the phone a voice has to pick one accent; in writing, it simply mirrors.

It remembers
The returning guest, known by the thread.
Because the number is the identity, a returning guest is recognised the moment they write — greeted by name, their upcoming booking and the area they favour already in view, occasions and dietary notes on the record. It steers gently to where they usually sit, and never volunteers a detail it should not. Today that memory is your venue’s own; cross-venue recall waits behind the guest’s consent.

Hi, it’s Amira — table for four this Friday?
Welcome back, Amira. Friday for four — the Garden terrace you usually take? I have your no-nut note on file.
Perfect, yes.
Why you can put your name on it
A concierge you can trust in the thread.
What separates a chatbot that sounds convincing from one you can leave answering guests is what it refuses to do.
01
It never says “booked” unless it is
The engine replaces the reply unless a real write succeeded that turn — so the thread can never say “done” when nothing was committed. Every booking, change and cancellation runs the same canonical path as your floor, with idempotency so a repeated message cannot double-book.
02
It will not guess on safety
Ask about an allergen and it answers from the venue’s own protocol or checks with a person — it can never claim a dish is “allergen-free” or “safe”, and a booking with a stated allergy is held until the venue has what it needs.
03
It cannot give away your margin
It cannot waive a deposit, a fee or a minimum spend, and it will not promote alcohol into a market where that is not allowed. What it says is bounded by what you set.
One system underneath
WhatsApp is a channel, not a silo.
One guest, every channel
The number is the identity. A booking made on WhatsApp is the same record the guest reaches on Instagram, voice, the web or the floor — one history, not six.
One booking path
Every reservation and change goes through the same canonical engine as your team, so the thread can never contradict the book.
Human, when it matters
A complaint or anything sensitive hands to a person — the bot goes quiet and the venue is alerted, with the thread’s context carried across.
For the operator
Your voice. Your number. Your call.
Set the persona
Name, tone, the things to always mention and the words to never say — configured per venue, so it sounds like you, not a bot.
Approve by reply
Large parties and table changes come to you as a WhatsApp accept or decline. The sensitive steps wait for your yes.
Keep your number
Run it on your own approved WhatsApp sender, or RAYN’s shared line — guests write to the number you choose.
Every thread, visible
The conversations sit in your console, and STOP means stop — opt-outs are honoured on every send.
Questions
WhatsApp Concierge, answered.
Can guests actually book a table on WhatsApp?
Yes. The concierge checks the same live availability your floor runs on, then either sends the guest a link to choose their exact table in Pick-Your-Spot, or confirms the table in the thread — and takes a deposit by secure link if you require one. Every booking lands on the same book as every other channel.
Is it a bot, or does it sound like us?
A concierge, not a chatbot: calm, brief, in your venue’s tone, with the things you always mention and the words you never say. You set the persona; it stays in character around the clock.
What languages does it speak?
Whatever language the guest writes. It replies in kind — Arabic in a warm Gulf register, Hindi, English and beyond — and follows the guest if they switch mid-thread. It never refuses a language.
Does it book on its own, or check with us first?
You decide. Standard bookings and small in-window changes can complete on their own; large parties and table changes come to you as a WhatsApp accept or decline, and anything sensitive hands to a person.
Does it work with our existing number?
Yes. Use your own approved WhatsApp Business sender or RAYN’s shared line. Guests write to the number you choose, inside WhatsApp’s session window, with opt-outs honoured on every send.
