Integrations
RAYN fits your stack — or becomes it.
Run the full platform, or connect the layers where they matter. Live integrations are named below; nothing listed here is aspirational.
RAYN can pass structured bookings into an existing reservation system — live today with direct SevenRooms API booking creation and a production serVme handoff bridge.
Venue scans become the booking surface. The Matterport SDK drives Pick Your Spot — spatial capture is core platform, not an add-on.
Deposits and payments with authorise-and-capture flows, including AED settlement through the regional acquirer.
The production WhatsApp concierge runs on Twilio; transactional and campaign email through Postmark.
Product analytics on the guest journey, alongside RAYN’s own seat-level demand instrumentation.
Venue film and product footage served through Cloudflare Stream.
How it fits
How RAYN connects to what you already have.
The integration philosophy
The booking stays canonical.
Whatever sits around RAYN, the booking record lives in one canonical flow — state transitions, capacity and payments enforced at the platform core, not improvised per integration. That is why a venue can keep its existing reservation system, hand off through RAYN, and trust both sides of the ledger.
Why it matters
Connect the journey, not just the software.
Questions
Partners and integrations, answered.
Does RAYN replace my reservation system?
No. RAYN runs as a visual, conversational and intelligence layer in front of the reservation system you already use. Your existing system stays the source of truth, and RAYN adds the booking, concierge and demand layers around it.
Which systems can RAYN connect to?
RAYN is built to sit alongside reservation systems, payment providers such as Stripe, the WhatsApp Business Platform, POS, PMS, CRM and guest data tools, and 3D venue capture through Matterport. Some connections are live today and others are on the roadmap, described honestly on this page.
How does RAYN handle payments?
Stripe powers RAYN's online payment flows, including Smart Deposits, packages, cabanas, private dining and no-show protection. Deposits and payments stay tied to the booking they belong to.
Do I have to change my POS or PMS?
No. RAYN keeps your system of record in place. POS, PMS and CRM connections are handled through adapters as they mature, so the tools your team relies on carry on working.
Can I start small and add integrations later?
Yes. Most venues begin with website embeds, booking links and WhatsApp, then deepen into payments, data and system sync over time. The priority is connecting the guest journey first, then extending the integration as the operation grows.
