Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the RAYN platform, including booking surfaces, venue tools, messaging flows and connected intelligence outputs.

Service description

RAYN is a hospitality booking and intelligence platform. The service can include direct website booking, WhatsApp booking, exact table or area selection, booking management, demand intelligence and supporting venue tools.

Acceptance

By using RAYN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Booking terms

  • A reservation is considered confirmed only once the guest receives a valid confirmation through the platform.
  • Deposits, cancellation rules and no-show consequences may vary by venue and booking type.
  • Venue-specific policies apply in addition to these platform-level terms.

Operator responsibilities

  • Venues must maintain accurate availability, inventory and booking policies.
  • Confirmed reservations should be honoured in accordance with the published venue policy.
  • Venue partners remain responsible for their service delivery, food, pricing and in-venue guest experience.

Prohibited use

  • No fraudulent, speculative or abusive bookings.
  • No scraping, harvesting, reverse engineering or disruption of the platform.
  • No misuse of messaging channels, automations or guest data obtained through the service.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAYN acts as a platform intermediary and is not responsible for the underlying venue experience itself. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating RAYN entity and the agreed venue or user relationship where relevant.
