A guest choosing an exact table from the live venue list, the room behind it in 3D

Pick Your Spot

Airlines sell the window seat. Restaurants give it away.

RAYN lets guests walk your room in 3D, choose their exact table, pre-order and secure it with a deposit — on your website, under your brand, in under two minutes.

Don’t take our word for it. Book a table right now.

This is the live widget, exactly as your guests would use it. Pick a night, walk the room, choose your table.

From “what’s on” to “that table’s ours” in one flow.

    See what’s on.

Brunches, guest chefs, ladies’ nights — your events sell themselves before the guest has picked a date. The venue builds the night once; the guest books straight into it.

Split the bill

A group table, not one guest’s bill.

When the booking is a group, the money does not have to land on one person. The organiser splits the pre-order — or the final bill at the table — across the party, evenly or by item, and each guest settles their own share from their own phone. No chasing, no one paying for everyone and collecting it back later.

The commercial logic

The widget sells more than the table.

  • A chosen table is a kept table. Guests honour what they picked themselves.
  • Your best tables carry a premium — for the first time, guests can see why.
  • Pre-orders commit spend before arrival, not after the second round of “still deciding”.
  • Events fill the nights the room usually carries itself.

It works because every room has a table people want.

  • Rooftops

The sunset side sells first. Now it sells for more.

  • Beach clubs

Front row is a product. Price it like one.

  • Fine dining

The chef’s counter and the quiet corner find their own guests.

  • Multi-room venues

The right room for the right night, chosen, not assigned.

What nobody else can see

Every tap on the map is demand data.

Which zones guests linger on. Which tables convert. What every seat earns per hour it’s open. SevenRooms and OpenTable know when guests book — RAYN knows where they wanted to sit, including the ones who didn’t book. Your floor plan becomes a P&L.

On your website. Under your brand. No commission.

No marketplace steering your guests to competitors, no per-cover fees, no app to download. The widget runs standalone or on top of SevenRooms, OpenTable or ServeMe — your bookings, your data, your guest relationship.

Questions

The booking layer, answered.

Do guests need an app?

No. Pick Your Spot runs in the browser, from a link — sent over WhatsApp, placed on Instagram, or embedded on your own site. Nothing to download.

Does RAYN replace our reservation system?

It can run as the booking layer itself, or sit in front of an existing book as the guest-facing layer — passing clean, structured demand into the system your floor already trusts.

Is there a per-cover or commission fee?

No. The widget runs on your website under your own brand — no marketplace steering your guests elsewhere, no per-cover fees. Your bookings, your data, your guest relationship.

How long does onboarding take?

The venue is scanned, mapped and configured with its own booking rules — zones, tables, policies and deposits. The walkthrough covers your specific room and timeline.
