Guests fall for the room before they book it.

A reservation used to start with a form. With RAYN it starts with the venue itself — the view, the deck, the light — explored the way a guest would walk in.

How it works

The venue does the selling — quietly.

Discovery is not a gallery. It is the opening move of a booking, engineered to carry a guest towards a decision.

01

Arrive

A guest lands on the venue as it truly is — full-bleed imagery, motion and mood, not a logo and a date field.

02

Explore

They move between spaces — rooftop, terrace, garden, cabanas — and read the room before choosing.

03

Feel it

The right space earns a reaction. Desire, not obligation, is what turns a browser into a booker.

04

Continue

Discovery flows straight into Pick Your Spot — the guest keeps the momentum into the exact table.

Capabilities

Immersion, on any venue, at any depth.

Start with the imagery you already have. Layer in 3D and 360 where the space deserves it. The discovery layer scales to the venue, not the other way around.

  • Cinematic imagery & video

Full-bleed photography and looping walkthroughs present each space as a guest would experience it — graded, framed and unmistakably yours.

  • 3D & 360 walkthroughs

Where available, immersive Matterport and 360 tours let guests move through the venue in full, room to room, before they book.

  • Space-by-space storytelling

Every zone — rooftop, dining room, garden, cabana, pool deck — is introduced with its own view, mood and context.

  • Built for every format

Restaurants, beach clubs, rooftops, hotels and event venues share one immersive discovery model across the whole portfolio.

  • Fast, quiet, mobile-first

Immersion that loads instantly and behaves on a phone at the table — no plugins, no friction, no wait.

  • Engineered to convert

Discovery is not decoration. Every space is a step towards choosing a spot — the experience is the funnel.

Why it matters

Seeing is booking.

When a guest can picture themselves in the room, the reservation is half made.

GuestDesire

They book because they want that exact view — not because a slot happened to be free.

VenueBetter matches

Guests arrive expecting what they saw, so fewer let-downs and fewer re-seats at the door.

RAYNFirst signal

What guests explore, and linger on, becomes the earliest read on demand a venue can act on.

Questions

Visual Discovery, answered.

What can guests actually see before booking?

The real venue — its rooms, terraces, views and atmosphere — through immersive imagery, video walkthroughs and, where available, full 3D and 360 tours. Guests understand the space before they commit.

Do we need a Matterport or 3D scan?

No. Visual Discovery works with photography and video you already have. Immersive 3D and Matterport walkthroughs are a premium enhancement, not a requirement to start.

How does seeing the venue change bookings?

When guests can see the room, the view and the mood, they book with intent instead of hope. That means better-matched reservations, fewer let-downs on arrival and a natural path into choosing an exact spot.

Does it work for beach clubs and hotels, not just restaurants?

Yes. Rooftops, dining rooms, garden terraces, cabanas, pool decks and hotel venues are all presented through the same immersive discovery layer.

Where does discovery lead next?

Straight into Pick Your Spot. Once a guest has explored the venue, they choose their exact table, cabana or zone and move into booking without leaving the experience.

Let guests walk in before they arrive.

We'll bring one of your real spaces to life and show a guest discovering it — the room, the view, the reason they'll book.
